The Marshall Run: 5K Run/Walk & Kid's Fun Run

Date: Saturday, September 4, 2010
Time: Registration from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM.  Run begins at 9:00 AM.
Location:  Riverfront Park, Newaygo

7th Annual Marshall Run, a 5K Run/Walk & Kid's Fun Run, held to honor the memory of Michigan State Police Trooper Kevin M Marshall.  The course runs along a paved walking path in Riverfront Park and along River Steet.  Registration for the 5K Walk/Run is $20.00, and includes a T-Shirt from the event. Participation in the Fun Run is free of charge, and ribbons will be handed out at the end of the race.  All proceeds from the event benefit MI COPS, where the funds are used to assist the families of fallen officers.
